For greater flexibility and a wider incentive, we have introduced a new programme for 2009. In short, the Danone Baby store is a unique personalised on-line shopping site where you can spend the points you earn by successes like enrolling new CRM members.

Recruitment Incentive for 2009.
Your managers have agreed that we will continue to drive recruitment into the medical CRM programmes, In Practice (Cow and Gate) and Aptamil4hcps.
You have already been earning points this year. Since the beginning of 2009 for every new member you have been awarded 100 points. Attached is the latest tally showing all current points. In addition you can earn points for gaining opt-ins to emailings from existing (or new) members. This means that even if you have already been successful in the past and have fewer new members to target in your territory, you can still benefit if you get them to opt in to say a product email bulletin. The scoring system to start with is:

New member to any programme - 100 Points
Opt-ins, Existing member (before January 2009) - 50 points (each)
Opt-ins, New member (recruited since Jan 1st 2009) - 30 points (each)
We may change the points and qualifications for points over time depending on priorities but expect the above to run for the foreseeable future.

What do I spend my points on?
First visit http://www.nutricia.theessentialcollection.co.uk. And login using your unique username and password. (your RGM has these).
Your first page shows your personal details and how many points you have available to spend.
From there click the 'Ground floor' button to start browsing categories. You may then enter each category or at any time click 'Departments' to open a longer index of the whole list.
You can redeem your points for any item whatsoever as long as you have enough points.

How do I order an item?
As you will soon see, the baby store works just like any other online shopping site, once you choose an item, enter the number you want to buy (default is always '1') and click add to Cart.
When you have finished shopping go to Cart and once satisfied click payment.
The next screen is for you to check the delivery address which you can change when you want. Ignore references to payment details, as long as you have enough points your item is delivered to your chosen address for free. You will be informed if you do not have enough points.

On your first visit (once only) you will be asked to check, complete and confirm your personal details including delivery address.

Once you send your order you get an email back to confirm it.

How soon will I get my stuff?
Valid orders will be despatched in a few days, you should receive it by mail or courier within a week.

What if it doesn't arrive or I have a problem?
Use the contact details on the Babystore site and speak direct to the administrators, they have the ability and resources to sort out any issue to do with your order, delivery and items including returns or damages.

What if my points are not correct?
RGM's get a tally each month of your earned points, this is the definitive list of all the points you have gained through recruitment activity. If you think this tally is wrong or your points online do not agree with this list (less those already redeemed) please contact me (ppowell@nutricia.co.uk Call: 01225 711954) and I will investigate and make any adjustment if required.

What if I have another problem?
Speak to your RBM. If there is an unexplained issue they will take steps to resolve it.

There's nothing I want on there
Really? That's hard to comprehend. But if there is something you'd really like, even down to a particular make and model, let me know and we will see what can be done; no promises though.
Also, check the specials department as there will be one-off items and special/short-term offers from time-to-time.

Will the gift I am aiming for definitely be there when I have accrued enough points?
The administrators cannot guarantee that any item will always be in stock or stay for all time. They do though promise that they will give notice if something is going to be removed and also that in every case they will endeavour to replace any discontinued line with something similar of equal or better value.

What exactly is an Opt-in?
The CRM programmes can only work if we have been granted permission from members to contact them in specific ways and about specific subjects; this is governed by the Data Protection Act. A member that has not opted-in will only receive the printed newsletter from us. We additionally invite members to opt-in to receive the emailed bulletins about products and Learning and research, and most recently the electronic newsletter. These permissions make the programme much more valuable to us as we then have the right to contact them on these topics.
Remember, for an opt-in to be valid we must also have a live email address of the contact, if you do not get or confirm their email address then the opt-in is not complete.

It's great, when do I start?
You have started already; all your recruitment activity this year is included in your points tally.
