The Sapphire 2 model follows the popular design of the Diamond range and is complete with 2 porcelain coated grills, stainless steel burners, porcelain coated flavouriser bars, warming rack, two handy utensil trays, removable side table, and gas bottle holder, and mixes the traditional wood with the metal contemporary feel. Lovely size and is easily moveable. A regulator is required for this Outback gas barbecue.

Made from quality stainless steel this roasting hood is easy to clean and is ideal for roasting, grilling or even baking. Our hooded models are so versatile, once you have finished cooking, you can turn off the barbecue and pull down the hood and the food sitting on the grills and griddles will keep warm for a good 30 minutes afterwards.

Cast iron is renowned for its durability and it can retain the heat for longer than standard chrome grills. We have coated our cast iron cooking surfaces in porcelain to make them 100% rust proof.

Swing away warming basket
A swing away warming basket is ideal for increasing your overall cooking area. It enables you to place food in it once it has been cooked making room on the grills and griddles for actual cooking. Food placed in a warming basket will keep warm from the heat of the main cooking area.

FSC hardwood and metal trolley
Our Sapphire models are positioned on trolleys made from a combination of wood and metal. This mix creates a modern, yet traditional look. The wood used in all of Outback’s barbecues is certified FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) which guarantees it is supplied from monitored and approved well managed forests.
